Lemmas Consulting, LLC (the “Company”) provides Management Consulting Services. We encourage visitors at our website at https://lemmasconsulting.com/ (the “Site”) to learn from our content and to set up appointments with us to learn more about us. For that reason and others we sometimes collect information, including Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”), about you as such a visitor. We recognize that your privacy is important, so we have developed this Privacy Policy to guide us, and to inform you, about how we handle your PII.

1. What personal identifying information we collect.

In order to connect with the Company through the Site, you must first provide us with certain PII, including, but not limited to the information described below. We will use this information periodically to contact you.

2. How we use your PII; How long we keep it.

We take your privacy very seriously. We store your data indefinitely, but you make ask us to remove your data from our database at any time by notifying the Privacy Manager.

3. Disclosure of personal identifying information.

We will not share, sell, rent or otherwise distribute your PII with outside parties, except as set forth in this Privacy Policy, or in response to a validly-issued subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or when necessary to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims made by you or on your behalf.
From time to time, we may employ the use of return email addresses to answer emails we receive from you. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
Finally, we will never use or share the personally identifiable information you provide to us in any way that violates or is otherwise unrelated to the means described in this agreement, unless we also provide you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

4. The reasonable safeguards we use to secure your information.

We collect your contact information using standard electronic channels. The electronic channels we use to collect your information may include internet protocol, email, and telephone channels. The information we collect is stored in electronic records within our office. The electronic information is stored on local computers at the Company and on the Company’s commercial cloud storage servers. Internally to the Company, we use standard security protocols associated with the Company’s internal wi-fi network.

5. Who outside our company has access to your information and why?

We do not share your personal identifying information with persons outside the Company or with persons not acting on behalf of the Company or in partnership with the Company except (i) when we are required to do so by reason of a government requirement or court order, or (ii) if you do not pay your bill and we must pursue legal means in order obtain legal remedies for your default, or (iii) for routine internal operations such as accounting, in which case our accounting firm may have access to a portion of your personal identifying information. We have no control over our internet and telephone service providers, our website hosting service provider, or our cloud storage services provider. So, while we do not intentionally share your personal identifying information with these service providers, we cannot know if those providers are able to intercept our communications and storage of that information.

6. Our legal duties with respect to your information.

We are committed to maintaining the privacy of your personal identifying information. We will inform you immediately if we become aware of any situation in which your personal identifying information have been disclosed in any way that contradicts this Privacy Policy.

7. Cookies; location tracking.

In addition to your PII we use cookies to remember certain information about visitors to the Site, and identifiers for mobile devices (e.g., Android Advertising Identifier or Advertising Identifier for iOS). This is done through our use of Google Analytics. You can learn more about how Google collects, processes, and uses that data at www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/, or at other URLs Google may provide from time to time. You may, at any time, disable or refuse to accept cookies by changing the preferences or settings on your web browser. If you choose to disable cookies, you will still be able to use the Site. Please note: No personally identifiable information is collected with the cookies that we set. Accepting cookies while on the Site will not put you at risk for marketing to other sites. The Site is not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by visitors. The Google Analytics information is used by the Company internally to provide better services to the public. The statistics garnered, which contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information, may also be provided to third parties.

8. Scope of this Agreement; Third Party Websites.

Although this agreement applies to the entirety of information obtained by you for the purpose of accessing or using content controlled and owned by the Company, it does not apply to entities that are not owned or controlled by us. The Site may contain links to third party websites. In addition, the Company may direct you to a third-party payment processor to collect money from you as payment for services we provide to you under separate contract(s). Please be aware that the Company does not claim any responsibility for the privacy practices of these third-party sites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our site and to take reasonable precautions when sharing your personally identifiable information on third party websites.

9. No Liability for Acts of Third Parties.

The Company will exercise all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of customer PII. However, transmissions protected by industry standard security technology and implemented by human beings cannot be made absolutely secure. Consequently, the Company shall not be liable for unauthorized disclosure of personal information due to no fault of the Company including, but not limited to, errors in transmission and unauthorized acts of the Company’s staff or third parties.

10. Opt-In Policy.

You may "opt in" to receive newsletters, promotional offers and other useful information from us. If we regularly send you materials that you have not requested, or if you wish to opt-out of receiving any communications from us, we will accommodate your request. Please contact the Privacy Manager

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat your PII by sending a notice to the primary email address you have given us, by placing a a notice on our site, and by updating any privacy information on this page. Your continued use of the Site after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) your agreement to abide and be bound by the updated Privacy Policy.

12. Your rights to your information.

You own your PII. You may have access to your information in our records by notifying us in writing of your desire. You also may complain to us about our services or suspected releases of your personal identifying information that are contrary to this Privacy Policy.
